Because Bitnami now wants 62'000 USD per year to continue using their stuff in a prod environment, we are forced to migrate our MongoDB backend to something that's not Bitnami (an operator by the MongoDB guys themselves).
To that extend, we'll need to spin up a new instance and move over the DB from the old one. This will result in downtime for the whole duration of the migration. We'll take a final snapshot of the DB right before starting the move.
